They might recommend you undergo a physical examination and diagnostic testing prior to getting pregnant, take prenatal vitamins, get regular exercise and plenty of sleep, and eat a healthy diet. 

Your provider helps you determine when you’re ovulating and the most fertile, to increase your chance of successfully getting pregnant.

Contraception
