He then earned his medical doctorate at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, before completing his internship/residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Nassau County Medical Center, located in East Meadow, New York. Dr. Behar is a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
